“Ineligible Person” means:

  • a Commissioner;

  • an Underage Individual;

  • an Individual prohibited from engaging in Sports Wagering pursuant to G.S. 18C-902(i);

  • an Involuntarily Excluded Person;

  • a voluntarily excluded Individual;

  • an Individual wagering while not in in the authorized geographic boundaries within the State of North Carolina;

  • a Person wagering in violation of state, local, or federal law;

  • an Individual wagering on behalf of another;

  • except for the purpose of Layoff Wagers, a Person that is not an Individual; or

  • other Persons as determined by the Commission.
