Where possible, we will return any winnings back to the same payment method that was used to deposit funds into your bet365 account.
If you used more than one deposit method, your withdrawal may be split between them. The withdrawal page will show how much is being sent to each payment method.
You cannot change your withdrawal method online. The payment method shown is the method we are required to use to return your funds.

If we are unable to process a withdrawal to your payment method, the following message will be displayed: “Withdrawals cannot be processed using your previous deposit method.”

Online Banking
When using Online Banking, your payment details are automatically stored for future deposits and withdrawals. You can register up to three different bank accounts for deposits and withdrawals.
To add a new bank account for online banking:
