Our Lucky 15/31/63 bonuses do not apply to Tote bets.
Tote Win is available on all races where Tote betting is advertised on our Website. Tote Place is available on advertised races with 5 or more runners and normal place terms apply. In races of less than 5 runners or where a Tote Place pool is not operated then place bets will be void. The minimum stake unit for Tote single bets is £0.50.
Unnamed selections (e.g. favourite) are not accepted for Win, Each Way, Place Only, Exacta, Trifecta or Swinger bets.
Trifecta pools operate in all UK races with 3 or more declared runners, unless otherwise stated. If the number of declared runners in a race falls below 3, the pool will be declared void and all stakes refunded.
Placepot / Placepot7
Where a nominated selection is a non-runner it will be replaced with the SP favourite where there are joint or co-favourites the lowest racecard number will be taken. If the favourite is withdrawn before coming under starters orders and too late for a new market to be formed then the horse returned at the next shortest price will be taken as the selection. Where 2 or more horses are returned at the next shortest price then the one with the lowest racecard number will be taken.
In the event of a dead-heat for any position which constitutes a place in any leg of the bet, all such dead-heating horses are considered to be fully-placed in that race.
In the event of a Placepot/Placepot7 pool being cancelled bets will be void.
Quadpot
Where a nominated selection is a non-runner it will be replaced with the SP favourite where there are joint or co-favourites the lowest racecard number will be taken. If the favourite is withdrawn before coming under starters orders and too late for a new market to be formed then the horse returned at the next shortest price will be taken as the selection. Where 2 or more horses are returned at the next shortest price then the one with the lowest racecard number will be taken.
In the event of a dead-heat for any position which constitutes a place in any leg of the bet, all such dead-heating horses are considered to be fully-placed in that race.
In the event of a Quadpot pool being cancelled bets will be void.
Jackpot / Pick 4 Jackpot

Unnamed selections (e.g. the favourite) are not accepted in Swinger bets. Bets that include a non-runner or a nonSwinger race or where the field is reduced to less than four runners will be void and stakes refunded. Should the actual number of runners be reduced to only 4 or 5, a dividend will only be paid on the first and second placed horses. For Swinger bets, the minimum unit stake is £0.01.
Returns will be paid in accordance with the official dividend.
In the event of a Swinger pool being cancelled bets will be void.
Colossus
Colossus pool betting is available across UK/Ireland Horse Racing. We accept the following Colossus bets with stakes transferred directly into Colossus betting pools: First 4, First 5, Place 6/7/8, Win 4 and Win/Day 6/7. All wagers are settled as per Colossus rules.
Colossus bets are placed in £. Where the customer’s currency is not £ the stake amount and any potential returns are converted into the customer’s selected currency.
Our Lucky 15/31/63 bonuses do not apply to Colossus bets.
Unless otherwise stated, all Colossus bets will be settled based on the official result, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result. Colossus reserves the right to delay settlement for any bets until the official result is confirmed, including where any uncertainty is being resolved.
If no legs for a Colossus bet are completed, bets will be void. This excludes stakes rolled over from previous pools, which will be rolled over for use in future pools as determined by Colossus.
If any Colossus bets are decided on fewer than the advertised number of legs, any guarantees or rollovers otherwise applicable to the pool will not apply. Win Pool and Consolation Pool dividends will be declared based only on the net stakes of tickets purchased for that specific pool, although Colossus Bets reserves the right to apply a substitute guarantee to any such pool.
Notwithstanding the above, where a Colossus bet includes a Consolation pool, if the number of legs completed means that bets automatically contain at least one winning line in any such Consolation pool, then the Win pool and all Consolation pools will be void.
There is no maximum payout applied to bets which go into Colossus pools. Consolation dividends are available on selected Colossus bets.
Cash Out is also available on selected Colossus bets. Cash Out amounts and availability is controlled by Colossus.
First 4
Predict the first four finishers in the race in the correct order.
Cash Out is not available on this market.

In the event of a dead-heat for any position, all such dead-heating horses are considered to be fully placed and the pool will be divided into as many equal parts as there are winning combinations. For example, if Horse A wins and Horses B, C and D dead-heat for second place. One sixth of the pool will be allocated to each of the following six winning bets:
-
A (1st), B (2nd), C (3rd) and D (4th)

Half of the pool will be allocated to each of the two winning bets:

A (1st), B (2nd), C (3rd), D (4th) and E (5th)

Place 6/7/8
Predict a horse to Place in each leg across 6, 7 or 8 specified races.
The finishing positions which constitute a Place in any leg, based on the number of horses that come under Starter’s Orders and unless otherwise stated, are as follows:
-
2 - 4 runners: 1st only
-
5 - 7 runners: 1st and 2nd
-
8 - 15 runners: 1st, 2nd and 3rd
-
16+ runners (non-handicap race): 1st, 2nd and 3rd
-
16+ runners (handicap race): 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th
If the official number of finishers is fewer than the number of places in any leg, then only the horses who finish will be deemed to have been placed.
Selections on horses that are non-runners will be replaced by the Favourite in the given race. If there are joint or co-favourites, the runner with the lowest racecard number will be deemed Favourite. Where the Favourite has been withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders but too late for the Starting Price (SP) market to be reformed, the runner with the shortest SP at the time of withdrawal will be deemed Favourite. Where there are two or more runners at the shortest SP, the runner with the lowest racecard number will be deemed Favourite. If there are no SPs returned, the shortest priced runner quoted in the Racing Post betting forecast will be substituted. If there is no such betting forecast then the lowest racecard number of the runners which came under Starter’s Orders will be deemed Favourite.
In the event of a dead-heat for any Place position in any leg, all such dead-heating runners are considered to be fully placed in that race. For example, if there is a dead-heat for second place in a 6 runner race then the winner and two dead-heating runners-up are deemed as winners for the leg.
Win 4
Predict the winning horse in each leg across four specified races.
Selections on horses that are non-runners will be replaced by the Favourite in the given race. If there are joint or co-favourites, the runner with the lowest racecard number will be deemed Favourite.
In the event of a dead-heat, all dead-heating runners are deemed as winners for the leg.
Consolation dividends will be available if you have selected three winners.
Win / Day 6/7
Predict the winning horse in each leg across 6 or 7 specified races. When the market is offered across more than one meeting it is called a Day 6/7 and when offered at a single meeting it is known as a Win 6/7. For example, if all races take place on a Saturday across more than one meeting then the bet will be referred to as a Saturday 7.
